What happens when your goods arrive
As soon as a shipment reaches the warehouse, our team checks the carton count, overall condition, and compliance with the purchase order.
Any discrepancy (quantity, damage, wrong item) is reported immediately over WhatsApp with photos, before any consolidation happens.
Once approved, the goods are stored pending either consolidation with other orders or direct shipping, per your instructions.
